Although spreadsheets can be a comprehensive tool, they can quickly become very complicated and lead to human errors. It can also be challenging to work with the data on the go. The lack of alerting mechanism produces a missed opportunity or an important task to complete. 

Project Solution

Deavensoft migrated all the data from the spreadsheets into the cloud database accompanied by the web application, which users can access from anywhere. The responsive layout makes it possible to work with the application on laptops, tablets, or mobile devices. Automated workflows implemented reduced a lot of tedious and time-consuming work from the operators. The automated scheduled jobs check the data and send messages and notifications to the users, so no critical info or task is missed.

We had to manually input all of our data into spreadsheets which was time consuming and resulted in many human errors. They successfully automated our processes which saved us a lot of time and headaches that we had in the past. It was a genuine pleasure to work with Deavensoft.
